Prehab, Rehab, Rebuild is a comprehensive program created by Paige More, Leanna Blanchard and Joslynn Corredor to help you prepare for surgery, recover from surgery, and rebuild after surgery. Always make sure to consult with your medical team before attempting any of these exercises.

Leanna is a cancer survivor, board certified in orthopedic physical therapy, completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy, and is also a certified lymphedema therapist!
Joslynn is a previvor, received her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science from Oregon State University and later became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and coach.
These three exercises are great if you are at least 6 weeks post surgery and you have been cleared from your medical team to start exercising again. If you are trying to get back into the gym or want to start rebuilding your strength again and are unsure of where to start, we have got you covered!
